1. Add Social Media Links
- Go to the Social Media tab in the menu builder.
- Choose from supported platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Messenger, Line, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Phone.
- Enter the required username or ID for each platform.
- Use the toggle to enable or disable each social link without deleting it.
2. Customize Social Icons
- Select from available icon styles to match your brand and menu style.
- Icons appear as a floating button on the bottom right of the menu on all devices.
- If multiple social links are added, the button expands to show all available links.
3. Add Contact Options
- Include phone numbers or messaging apps under social links for quick customer reach.
- Ensure contact details strictly follow the platform’s specifications to avoid issues.
4. How It Appears to Customers
- The social/contact floating button is visible on the menu, fixed at the bottom right corner.
- Customers can easily find and use these links to connect with you on their preferred platform.

- Keep your social links current and tested.
- Follow platform-specific username and phone number formats precisely as per official guidance.
- Limit the number of social buttons for a clean, uncluttered menu.
