2. Add New Categories
- Go to the Items tab in your digital menu editor.
- Click the + ADD CATEGORY button.
- Enter the category name and optional description.
- You can also set background images or colors to distinguish categories visually.
3. Customize Category Appearance
- Add icons or background images to categories for visual appeal.
- Use the built-in crop and ratio tools to ensure images display well on all devices.
- Choose colors that align with your brand and improve readability.

4. Manage Category Order
- Rearrange categories by dragging them up or down in the sidebar.
- Place the most important or popular categories at the top for easy access.
5. Use Categories to Filter Your Menu
- When allergens or preferences filters are applied, categories help group filtered items logically.
- Ensure categories are meaningful and inclusive to aid effective filtering.
