1. Understand the Importance of Categories

2. Add New Categories

  • Go to the Items tab in your digital menu editor.
  • Click the + ADD CATEGORY button.
  • Enter the category name and optional description.
  • You can also set background images or colors to distinguish categories visually.

3. Customize Category Appearance

  • Add icons or background images to categories for visual appeal.
  • Use the built-in crop and ratio tools to ensure images display well on all devices.
  • Choose colors that align with your brand and improve readability.

4. Manage Category Order

  • Rearrange categories by dragging them up or down in the sidebar.
  • Place the most important or popular categories at the top for easy access.

5. Use Categories to Filter Your Menu
