Team Control: Employee Management

- Active TaoRocket subscription with user management enabled
- Permission: Manage users
- Access to the TaoRocket Console
1. Inviting New Users
- Navigate to User List under Employee Management.
- Click New User to open the invitation form.
- Fill in the required details:
- Name and Surname
- Email (mandatory for back office login)
- Phone number (optional)
- Select a role from existing roles
- Assign one or more stores
- Submit the invitation. The user receives an email to join and set their password (if new).
2. Assigning Users to Stores
Users can be assigned to multiple stores to control access to inventory, sales, and menus for each location.
3. Editing and Removing Users
- Edit user information anytime from the User List.
- Remove users by clicking the trash icon; this frees up user slots.
4. Managing Multiple Companies (Domains)
- Users may belong to multiple companies.
- Switch between companies using the domain toggle at the bottom-left of the menu interface.
Tips for Smooth Management
- Keep user info current to avoid inactive accounts occupying slots.
- Assign roles that reflect each user’s responsibilities accurately.
- Regularly review store and domain assignments.
