Extras Made Easy: Adding Add-Ons
Back to Inventory Management1. Open the Item Details
- In the sidebar, go to Items → Item List.
- Click the item you want to enhance (e.g. Fruit Cake).
2. Ensure Item Is “For Sale”
- On the item form, toggle For Sale on.
- The Add-Ons section now appears at the bottom.
3. Search or Scan an Add-On
- Click into the Add-On search field.
- Type part of the add-on name, scan its barcode, or paste a barcode value.
- Select the desired add-on (already-added ones are filtered out).
4. Specify Quantity & Name
- Quantity: Enter the default amount per base item (e.g. 0.200 kg).
- Name: (Optional) Change how the add-on appears (e.g. “with Apples”).
5. Set Shop-Specific Prices
- For each store, enter an Add-On Price (e.g. ฿40 at Pizzeria, ฿30 at Noodle Store).
- Leave blank to charge ฿0 extra for that add-on.
6. Save & Stack
- Click Save (or Update).
- Your add-ons will now appear in POS, digital menus, and checkout screens—customers can stack multiple extras.
